Eligibility Criteria to have a name listed.

That person must meet the following requirements:


  • must fit the description of a Massachusetts Veteran (M.G.L. c. 4, sect 7, cl. 43rd as amended by the Acts of 2005, ch. 130)
  • must have been a legal resident* of Uxbridge at start of active duty.
  • active duty service must have been on or after May 8, 1975.
  • served in armed conflict and received campaign/expeditonary ribbon (if awarded).
  • must have received your final discharge† under Honorable conditions.
  • must provide proof of such service, i.e. DD214.

†Current active duty personnel are not eligible for inclusion on the monument until final discharge from service.
